Non-Personalized Items: Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in their original condition.
Custom & Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are not returnable or refundable unless they arrive damaged, are incorrect, or have a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before production begins. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges.
