Digital Services Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
At Saffie's Handcraft & Designs, we provide professional digital design services, including website design and development, as well as graphic design services such as business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other custom marketing materials.
By purchasing our digital services, you agree to the following terms.
Website Design Services
Website design projects are custom-built according to the specifications agreed upon between the client and Saffie's Handcraft & Designs.
Projects may include, but are not limited to:
• Website design and development
• Website content layout
• Image optimization
• Contact forms
• Basic SEO implementation
• Mobile-friendly design
• Website maintenance (when purchased)
Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and requested revisions.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely completion of your project, clients agree to provide:
• Required text and written content
• Logos and branding materials
• Photographs or media (if applicable)
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Any necessary account access required for development
Delays in providing requested materials or approvals may extend project completion dates.
Design Revisions
Website and graphic design projects include a reasonable number of revisions as agreed upon during the project.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, ownership of the completed custom website design or graphic design transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
However, Saffie's Handcraft & Designs retains the right to:
• Display completed projects in our portfolio.
• Use screenshots or photographs of completed work for marketing purposes.
• Retain ownership of proprietary templates, coding methods, workflows, and design
processes used to create the final product.
Third-party fonts, stock images, plugins, software, or licensed content remain subject to their respective license agreements.
Finished Graphic Design Products
Graphic design services such as:
• Business cards
• Flyers
• Brochures
• Posters
• Banners
• Marketing materials
• Printed promotional items
are custom-designed specifically for each client.
When printing services are included, finished products will be shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
If digital print-ready files are included with your purchase, they will be delivered electronically after final approval.
Payments
Projects may require a deposit before work begins.
The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery, website transfer, publication, or shipment of printed materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has started.
Refund Policy
Because every website and graphic design project is custom-created, completed design services are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
• Change of mind
• Preference for a different design style after approved revisions
• Delays caused by the client
• Failure to provide required project materials
• Third-party hosting, domain, software, or plugin issues beyond our control
If an error is determined to be the responsibility of Saffie's Handcraft & Designs, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Website Hosting & Third-Party Services
Unless specifically included in your service agreement, domain registration, website hosting, email hosting, premium plugins, stock photography, and third-party subscriptions are the responsibility of the client.
Saffie's Handcraft & Designs is not responsible for outages, security issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
